The property package comprises 192 units. These divide into 136 apartments, 14 business premises, offices as well as shops and 42 car parking lots. All properties are located in Innsbruck, with geographic focus on Saggen, Museumstraße, Schneeburggasse, Fritz-Konzert-Straße and Mariahilfstraße. The properties are largely rented and have, among other things, permanent rent agreements. SE7EN Immobilien GmbH has marketed and sold more than 90% of the property package independently, partly through partners.
Marketing and distribution
A property package that was removed from an insolvency estate was digitally processed and structured. Free apartments were actively sold, and a certain proportion was renovated and placed on the market. One of the most extensive and labour-intensive sales projects that SE7EN Immobilien GmbH has been able to accompany since its very existence.
